It is with great sadness that the family of the late Walene Benoit announce his passing at the Connaigre Peninsula Health Centre, Harbour Breton, NL Saturday, January 7, 2023 at the age of 86. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his children: Christine (Earl Willmott), St. Alban’s, NL, Allan Benoit, St. Alban’s, NL, Gloria Benoit, St. Alban’s,NL & Walene (Rhonda), St. Alban’s, NL; grandchildren: Frankie, Emily, Cheyenne & Mckenna; great-grandson: Wyatt, as well as a large circle of other nephews, nieces relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his wife: Elizabeth; brother: Silver (Frances); sisters: Susan (Thomas Organ), Margaret (Robert Herrick), Veronica (Edward Lambert) & Helen Benoit. Funeral service on Wednesday January 11, 2023 at 1pm at St. Ignatius R. C. Church, St. Alban’s, with Father Patrick Osuji officiating. Interment at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, St. Alban’s. Funeral Arrangements were entrusted to Hynes’ Coast of Bays Funeral Home, St. Alban’s.
