It is with the utmost sorrow and broken hearts that Tim’s family announce his passing on Monday, September 11, 2023 at the Greater Niagara General Hospital, after complications from surgery and a long hard fight, Tim is at peace. Tim is survived by the love of his life, soulmate and best friend Ellen, son Tim, grandchildren Lilli and Zenix, fur babies Oden and Midnight, mom Dorothy Frucci, brothers Russ (Kathleen) and Nick (Kathy), sisters-in-law Carolyn Jonovich, Christine Lajeunesse, Anne Monroe, brothers-in-law John Cowan (Anna) and Ross Cowan. Tim also has a huge family of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends. Tim is predeceased by his daughter Laura, his dad Tony, stepdad Jim and brothers Jimmy and Ricky. Tim’s family would like to thank the staff at the GNGH and St. Catharines Hospital ICU’s for their loving care of Tim.
The family will receive friends at MORSE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 5917 Main St., Niagara Falls, on Tuesday September 19, 2023 from 2:30 – 4:30 p.m., with a service to celebrate the life of Timothy Matthew DiVito at 4:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to Tim’s grandchildren’s education fund would be appreciated.
