After a hard fought battle, Tamara “Tammy” Elizabeth Chapman passed away peacefully Monday, May 8, 2023 in Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre, Amherst. She was a beloved mother of 4 children, Lacey (Jimmy); Shyanne (Ed); Kylie (Gage) and Dakota; a partner of Andrew Powers and his children, Ryan and Megan. She was a beloved sister of Denise (Scott) Macpherson and Craig (Jamie) Chapman; a grandmother of Lo-lo and Hunter, niece to her aunt, Trudy, who was more of a sister than an aunt. She was loved by her nieces, Sierra and Jaidyn; and nephews, Dustin and Bryce. Beloved daughter of Linda Chapman and her late father Dennis Chapman. Tammy also had many uncles, aunts and cousins that she loved deeply. Tammy was an avid Elvis and Pink fan and lived to have a good time. She loved hanging out with people and was always the life of the party. Arrangements are in the care of MacDiarmid’s Funeral Home & Crematorium. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 12 beginning at 4 p.m. in Sociables Pub and Eatery, Springhill.
