GALLAGHER, Sharon – Passed away on Tuesday, March 21st, 2023 at the Greater Niagara General Hospital, at 78 years of age. Beloved spouse of John. Loving mother of David (Denise), Eddie (Noreen) step mom to Andrea (Richard ) and Matthew. Cherished grandmother of Kevin (Christine), Lance, Bret, Jaden, Haylie, Lily, Zachary, Izabella and Molly. Dear sister of Alice, Frank and Bruce. Sharon will be lovingly remembered by her nieces, nephews, family and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Lea and Ross Grundy and her brothers Rick, Warren and George.
Sharon spent over 25 years working in the family business, Gallagher’s Farm Market. She was a member of AA for over 30 years and also worked as a crossing guard in Welland where she so enjoyed all the children. Sharon will be remembered as a giving, loving lady who always put others needs first.
Following Sharon’s wishes cremation has taken place with burial in Fonthill Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation. Online condolences available at www.cudneyfuneralhome.com.
