SCHOLL, Sieglinde

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Sieglinde Scholl, loving mother and grandmother on September 17, 2023, at the age of 93. She passed away peacefully at the Central Okanagan Hospice House.
She was predeceased by her husband Herbert Scholl; and daughter-in-law Teya Coty. She is survived by her children Carmen S. Fraser (Mike), Carl Scholl, and Charlie Scholl; and grandchildren Karsten Coty-Scholl, Mykaila Coty-Scholl, Emilie Scholl, and Fiona Scholl.
Sieglinde was born in Toporische, Ukraine, and immigrated to Winnipeg in 1953. In 1955 she met and married Herbert Scholl, her husband of 57 years. From Winnipeg, they moved to Kitimat, BC, where all three children were born. In 1975 the family moved to Kelowna. For the last three years, she called the Dorchester home, where she could continue her love of flowers on her deck. Sieglinde will be missed by her entire family and group of friends.

There will be a Funeral Service on Monday, September 25, 2023, at 4:00 PM, at Springfield Funeral Home, 2020 Springfield Road, Kelowna, BC. A reception will follow at Springfield Funeral Home Family Center.
