Ruth Pearl Gransden, age 93, of Stratford, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 4, 2023 at West Perth Village (Mitchell). Born in Harriston, daughter of the late Almer and Alice (Shaw) Siegrist. Ruth was predeceased by her husband William Kenneth Gransden (January 2016). Ruth is survived by her two sons Donald (Jan) Gransden and Mark (Jennifer) Gransden. Proud grandmother of Nicole Caron, Jonathon Martin and Ryan Gransden. Great grandmother of Sera Marion, Silas Marion and Sydney Marion. Ruth always cherished her time spent with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Ruth will be remembered by her sister Dorothy MacFarlane and her brother-in-law Howard Gransden as well as nieces and nephews. As per Ruth’s wishes, cremation will take place and the family will celebrate their mother’s life privately. Interment will take place in Meaford Cemetery.
