Peacefully with his family by his side on Thursday, July 27, 2023 at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre Palliative Care Centre. Beloved husband of Ruth (nee Foster) for 54 years. Loving father of Angela Welch (David), Michael Nicoletti and Mark Nicoletti (Alex Tindale). Cherished grandfather of Noah and Hannah. Dear brother of Gina Nicoletti (Romualdo “Ray”). Predeceased by his parents Fedele and Laura Nicoletti and siblings Vincenzo Nicoletti, Fiorina Pasqua (Frank), and Eugenio Nicoletti (Maria). Favorite uncle to his nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE, 2510 Bensfort Rd., Peterborough on Saturday, July 29, 2023 from 11:00-2:00 PM. Burial will take place at St. John’s Anglican Cemetery Ida at 2:30 PM. In memory of Roger and in lieu of flowers, donations to the Peterborough Humane Society or Activity Haven Seniors Centre would be appreciated by the family. Hi Ruth so very sorry about Roger death. He was such a nice man and a great person who would do anything for anyone. I have a lot of fond memories of him. I am sorry that I won’t be able to attend tomorrow I am moving my daughter out of her apartment in Trenton. So very sorry warmest regards John mazziotti
