Ross Nicholas Heck

Ross Nicholas Heck of Camrose, Alberta, passed away on Sunday, January 8, 2023, at the age of 92 years.
Left to cherish his memory are his children Wayne (Jane) Heck of Forestburg, Doug (Mary Jane) Heck of Bashaw, Linda (Richard) Mazure of Hardisty, David Heck (Blair Phillip) (Michelle Smith) of Edmonton, and Brenda (Glenn) Tarkowski of Edmonton; eleven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and siblings Fred (Bernice) Heck of Camrose, Ed (Elaine) Heck of Bawlf, and Clara Lohner of Camrose.
Ross was predeceased by his wife Eileen; grandchildren Dylan and Jaydon Tarkowski; parents John and Genevieve; and brothers John, Florean, and George.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, January 13, 2023, at the Our Lady of the Prairies Roman Catholic Church, 5202 59 St Daysland with Fr. Danial DSouza as celebrant.
If family and friends so desire, memorial contributions in Ross’s memory may be made to the Sunbeam Drop in Centre-Daysland, Daysland Cemetery, or to the Daysland Hospital Foundation.
