CAVANAGH, Ronald Francis: (Member of Peterborough and District Baseball Wall of Fame, Long Time Player and Coach) Peacefully at his home on Thursday, July 27, 2023 in his 86th year. Ron, beloved husband of 60 years to Barbara (nee Kilborn). Loving and devoted father of Gary (Michelle Draper), Tracey Cavanagh, Mickey (Lisa), and Cory (Sarah). Cherished Grandfather of Alexandria, Kathryn, Connor, Cole, Bayley, Brooke, and Larissa. Dear brother of Betty Ann Ahern (Dave, predeceased). Brother-in-law of June Aulbrook (Bud, predeceased), Gwen Garton (Ted), Chris Kilborn, Bev Kilborn, Rod Kilborn and Barry Kilborn, predeceased. Ron will be missed by numerous nieces and nephews. Son of the late William Cavanagh and Opal Driscoll. In keeping with Ron’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of his life will take place at the Knights of Columbus Hall 317 Hunter Street W, on Sunday, August 20th from 1:00 to 5:00pm
