Outre son ami de coeur, il laisse dans le deuil son fils Mathieu (Marylène Mamani), sa fille Sofia (Alexander Finkestein); ses petites-filles Eva-Rose et Felicia. Il était le frère de feu Léopold (Denise Veilleux), Paul-Émile (Denise Paré), feu Yvette (feu Maurice Blanchard), Guy (Gisèle Laplante) et André (Rose Hélène Archambault). Il laisse également de nombreux neveux, nièces, parents et de très bons amis.
