Messina, Roberto Antonio “Tony” 1951 – 2023
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Tony Messina, on July 29, 2023, at the age of 72.
Father of Laurie and Julie Messina, and grandfather of Adam Retta and Olivia Mckeown. He will also be deeply missed by his brother Francesco Messina (Lia) and sister Maria Messina Masellis (Vincenzo) and many relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Giovanni Messina and Laura Anoja, as well as his brother Pasquale Messina (Ghislaine). At his best, Tony will always be remembered for his humour.
The funeral will be held on August 4th2023 at 11 am at the Notre-Dame-de-la-Consolata Church situated at 1700 rue Jean-Talon E, Montreal, Quebec.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to the doctors and nurses at the Hôpital St-Mary’s in the Palliative Care Unit for their wonderful support and care.
