His pain is gone…..
Robert Oris Winters 68, passed away peacefully in the South Shore
Regional Hospital, Bridgewater.
He was the son of the late
Oris and Bertha (Keeping) Winters. He was also predeceased by his
sister Dolores Winters. He is survived by his loving family; daughter
Megan ( Jonathan ) Mulock ; son Nicholas and partner Kathy Arsenault;
Grandchildren Riley , Jacob and Lily and step grandchildren Ashton ,
Riley and Lilly.
He is also survived by his sister
Geraldine (Kempton) Allen, Chester.
Robert was a
30-year veteran of the Bridgewater Fire Department and a member of the
Bridgewater Firemen’s Band, Member of the Royal Canadian Legion
Bridgewater and the Bridgewater Canada Day Committee.
Robert so enjoyed his sports. Baseball and hockey were his
passion.
Robert’s door was always open for a
visit from his family and friends.
The family
would like to thank Dr. Solomon and the 4th Floor medical staff for
the special care he received the past 8 months.
Thanks to the Bridgewater Snore Shop for all the supplies when
required for his respiratory needs.
Donations may
be made to the South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater Fire
Department or charity of your choice.
There will
be a graveside service for family and friends at 1pm Saturday April
29, 2023 in Brookside Cemetery, Bridgewater. Reverend Willis Ott
ofiiciating.
