CLARK, Robert Scott Rene (July 8, 1987 – May 7, 2023)
Passed away, suddenly, on Sunday, May 7th, 2023, in Tillsonburg, Robert Scott Rene Clark, of Tillsonburg, and formerly of Port Burwell, at the age of 35 years. Robert was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 524, Port Burwell. He was an active volunteer and regular darts player at the Legion. He also enjoyed playing video games. Robert loved fishing and spending time outdoors. He often attended church dinners for community members at the Salvation Army. Son of Michelle Clark and stepson of Richard Butcher, of Cultus and son of Rene Davidson, of Alexandria, Ontario. Robert is survived by his son Brian, of Maine, USA. Also survived by two brothers: Joe Clark (Tiana), of St. Thomas and Christopher Sundy, of Kingston, Ontario as well as by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A memorial Service to Celebrate Robert’s Life will be conducted on Monday, May 15th, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. in the Maurice J. Verhoeve Funeral Homes Chapel, 262 Broadway Street, Tillsonburg, by Nancy and Gary Sheils. Friends, neighbours, and relatives are invited to attend public visitation on Monday, May 15th, 2023, between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. (service time). A Celebration of Life will be held at the home of Ashley Clark, in Vienna, with details to be announced in the future.
