Robert Miller
1946-2023
Robert Lawrence Miller, 76 of Colpitts Settlement
passed away Sunday, May 7, 2023 at the Moncton
Hospital.
Born in Moncton, he was a son of the late Guy and
Nellie (Lewis) Miller. Bob enjoyed the simple things in
life; he loved going for drives, enjoying a fresh Tim Hortons coffee,
watching sports, and spending time with his family. He was a
supportive dad who you would happily find at every sports game and
dance recital. You never needed to question if he cared; he made it
obvious, he would drop everything to be there for his family. We were
blessed to learn many valuable lessons from him, among them: if
you’re not early, you’re late, potlucks are not to
be missed; and to always give the world the best you have. He will be
undoubtedly missed by everyone who knew him, but he will live on in
our hearts forever.
Survived and sadly missed by his wife Sheila
(Davis); son Bradley (Jennifer); daughter Alyson (John); grandson
Brady; brother William (Helen); sisters Carolyn Babineau (late Norman)
and Eileen Hughes (late Derrick) and several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents he was predeceased by his daughter Jill; sisters
Shirley and Winnifred and brother Velma.
There will be a private graveside service at
Maplewood Cemetery. Arrangements are in the care of Salisbury Funeral
Home (506) 372-4800.
If desired, donations to Friends of the Moncton
Hospital Neo Natal Unit would be appreciated by the
family.
