GILBERT, Robert – passed away at his home on Saturday, March 18th, 2023 at the age of 70. He is survived by his children Bob Thibeault (Kara), Angelle Eybel (Kevin), Jeremy Eybel (Natasha) and several grandchildren. Also survived by his siblings Jerry (Francine), Marie Poulin and Roger (Terry) and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Harmidas and Alfreida, siblings Roly, Henry, John, Lou, Cam and Monique. Robert was a member of the Rose City Snow Seekers and the Knights of Columbus. He loved racing and loved being a part of his nephew Danny’s pit crew. A graveside service will take place on Thursday, April 13th, 2023 at Holy Cross Cemetery at 11am followed by a light lunch at the Royal Canadian Legion Br. #4 Welland.
