Obituary
Robert (Bob) D. Evans, aged 83, passed away on March 19, 2023 after a fall at home in Alliston and a short stay at Sunnybrook Hospital.
Beloved husband of Joan (nee Wilson) for 59 years, and loving father of John (Heather), Glynis (Bruce) and Stephanie. He will be sadly missed by cherished grandchildren Elin, Bronwen, Carys, and Ashleigh and by his extended family.
Predeceased by his brother Glyn; survived by his sister Patricia.
Bob and Joan raised their family in King City. Bob was a Chartered Accountant and co-founded Evans Martin Chartered Accountants in Bolton and later Brampton, in 1975. During his career he devoted time to service with the Rotary Club and Junior Achievement, among others. In retirement, Bob and Joan enjoyed winters living and golfing in Naples, Florida.
A celebration of life will be held on April 15, 2023 at 2pm at W. John Thomas Funeral Home in Alliston.
