It is with great sorrow the family of Rita L. Saunders announce her passing on Thursday, June 29th, 2023, at Kennebec Manor. She is the beloved mother of Adam (Michelle) Saunders and the late Shelley Saunders, much loved grandmother of Alexander and Tristen and dear sister of Alma (Randy) Melanson, Rhona (Brad) Sawlor, Helene (Phil) Kennedy and the late Anne Bulgaris. Rita is predeceased by her parents Mary and Ernest Frenette and her brothers John and Peter Frenette. She will also be dearly missed by many other family members and friends. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care and direction of the Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (506-646-2424). At Rita’s request cremation has taken place and services will be held at a later date. Donations to a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
