On January 23, 2023 with a broken heart after the recent loss of his beloved wife Debra (nee Boyer) on December 31, 2022. A longtime employee of the City of Kingston.
Survived by his girls, Sonya (Scott Kelso), Leslie (Brian Todd) and Heather (Darryl Cota). Gramp will forever be in the hearts of his grandchildren, Steven Cornelius, Megan Hart (Jordan), Zachary Cota and Shanna Todd and was a devoted Poppa to all his great grandchildren, Bentley, Violet, Mason, Chase, Ben, Callie, Reid, Lily and Jordan. Also survived by siblings Donald, Gary, Anneta and Julie and sister in law Donna Boyer and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Predeceased by his parents, Norman (Jack) and Sarah (Babe, nee Hannah) and brothers Maurice, Norm, Gerald, Johnny, Thomas, Roger, Dale and sisters Marie, Betty, Leona, Ruby, Donna and great grandson Noah.
Heartfelt thanks to everyone who has supported us during this difficult time, especially cousins Larry and Mike Purdon for their devotion to our Mom and Dad as well as the compassionate KGH staff.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Wartmans Funeral Home 980 Collins Bay Rd Kingston on Monday January 30th from 1pm to 3pm with sharing of memories at 2:30pm.
