Obituary
Richard Lawrence O’Driscoll passed away peacefully on Friday June 2nd, 2023, in his 81st year surrounded by his loving family at the Western Long Term Care Home in Corner Brook.
Leaving to mourn him with fond and loving memories is his wife of 43 years Sybil (nee Fradsham), children Rickey (Bonnie) of Windermere NS, Donald (Debbie) of Windsor ON, Sue-Ann (Tony) Rimbey AB and Jamie of Red Deer AB; his 9 grandchildren, Jennifer, Krysta, Mathew, Nicole, Ryan, Dagney, Amber, Jacob and Joseph and 5 great-grandchildren; Penelope, Abigail, Finn, Tyler, and Ember. Richard is pre-deceased by his parents Jack & Jane O’Driscoll. Sisters: Theresa Curtis and Mary Ann Jeffries, and brother Michael and also leaves to mourn a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives, family & friends. He also leaves behind special friend Mr. Eddie Baker & many more.
The family will be receiving family and friends at Parsons Funeral Home & Chapel, 63 North Main Street, Deer Lake, on Monday 5th June from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Where also the funeral service will take place from on Tuesday 6th June at 2:00 pm, Pastor Jeffrey White officiating with the burial to follow at the Church Cemetery on Wight’s Road, Deer Lake.
Flowers from family only and donations may be made to Haven of Hope or a charity of one’s choice in Dad’s memory.
