Richard E. Baillarge
Our beloved Richard “Rick” Baillarge of Timmins, Ontario passed away peacefully at the Timmins and District Hospital – hospice unit on Friday, June 23, 2023 (approx. 3:30 pm) at the age of 56 years. Rick was born on October 6, 1966 in Prince George, BC. He grew up in Ottawa and made Timmins his home in the 1990s.
He will be lovingly remembered by his son Adam (4 grandchildren) and his daughter Madison; his siblings Rob, Rose, Michel and Mathieu; his extended family members (aunts / uncles / nephews / cousins) within the Baillarge / Berthelet / Beauvais / Samson families; and many friends. Rick was predeceased by his parents Jean-Maurice and Stella (nee Berthelet).
He worked most of his life in Construction. If you could dream it, he would create and build it. He loved playing guitar, singing, camping and fishing. He loved most of all socializing and gathering with friends and family, sharing great food, laughter and campfires.
In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place and a private spreading of his ashes will be held at a later date. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared with the MIRON-WILSON FUNERAL HOME, Cremation and Reception Centre, 150 Balsam St. S., Timmins.
