Family and friends will be received at the Keith Ovington Funeral Home, 134 King Street, Burford on Sunday from 6-8 p.m. and Monday September 25, 2023 from 10-11 a.m. followed by a Celebration of Ray’s Life at 11:00 a.m. Interment St. George Cemetery.
