Entered into rest on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, Gail Murray (nee Brinklow) of Cherry Valley died at the age of 84. She was the daughter of the late Arthur & May Brinklow (nee Bartley) and the wife for 65 years to Vince. Gail was the loving mother of Kevin (Shelley) of London, ON, Deborah (Mike Bradfield) of Calgary, AB, Lori (Anthony Sedge) of Calgary, AB, Michael of Turner Valley, AB, late Theresa, Steven (Rua Read) of Squamish, BC. She was the dearest grandmother of Amanda (Adam), Carolyn, Jack, Kyle, Andrew, Blake, Ryan, Nevan, and Phoebe. Gail is survived by her brothers Wayne Brinklow (late Judy) of Bath, and Terry Brinklow (Eileen) of Napanee and predeceased by sisters Doreen Huffman, Dorothy Tyner, and her brother Gary Brinklow and will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Murray rested at Rushnell Funeral Homes – Picton Chapel, 33 Main Street (613-476-2450). In keeping with Gail’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Gail’s Life will be held at a later date. If desired, donations to the Alzheimer Society of Hastings-Prince Edward in memory of Gail would be appreciated by the family.
