It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Peter John Fern, late of Fond Du Lac, SK on March 12th, 2023, at the age of 33 years. Peter was predeceased by his sister Patricia Fern; his grandparents Martha Lidguerre, Antoinette & Pierre Fern; his great grandparents Louie M & Bernadette Mercredi; his uncle/stepdad Peter Fern; his uncle & aunts Travis Fern, Albertine Lidguerre, Mary Lidguerre, Ronnie Lidguerre, Roger Lidguerre, Joseph Lidguerre, Roseanne (Noel) Isadore, Anges (August) Mercredi, Lena (Leon) Fern, Louie (Cathryn) Mercredi, Leon (Judith) Mercredi; his cousins James Fern, Johnathan Lidguerre, & Robert Lidguerre; his good friends Ryan McDonald & Timothy Mercredi. A Wake Service will be commencing March 15th to 17th, 2023 at the residence of Michelle Fern in Fond Du Lac, SK. A Funeral Service will be held on March 18th, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Our Lady of Seven Sorrows in Fond Du Lac, SK. The Interment will take place at the Fond Du Lac Cemetery, in Fond Du Lac, SK. The Officiant will be Father Paul Oshin. The Honourary Pallbearers are Fredrick Mercredi, Terry Fern, Cody Pacquette, Shawn Mercredi, Troy Fern, Chris Fountaine, Thurman Mercredi, Peter Jr. Fern, Andrew Isadore, Thomas Mercredi, Garrie Mercredi, Ivan Adam, Marc Robillard, Gabriel Toutsaint, Chris Isadore, Travis Fern, Bean Toutsaint, Justin Hugarth, Donovan Martin, Gabrielle Toutsaint, Curtis Fern, and all those who shared in Peter’s life.
