Dysart, Peggy
Peggy, born January 10, 1930 passed away quietly at Midland Hospital on May 24, 2023 in her 93rd year. She spent the last 30 years in Collingwood, but grew up in Weston ON, enjoying time spent with her sisters Shirley Meech (predeceased) and Betty Busby (predeceased), where they loved dancing at the Masonic. Later, she spent many happy years, especially those spent travelling with her partner Ed Shillington (predeceased) curling and golfing at the Weston Golf Club.
Sadly, her son Randy Hollwey, passed away in 2020 and was deeply missed by her and daughter-in-law Lisa, who remained with her as friend and companion for the last three years of her life. She will be fondly missed by her nieces, nephews and dear friends. Her family would like to thank Dr. Richard Cornell for his care and kindness. There will be no funeral as per her wishes.
Arrangements entrusted to Chatterson Funeral Home, 404 Hurontario Street, Collingwood. To sign Peggy’s Book of Memories, please visit www.chattersonfuneralhome.com
