Many of the staff at Blue Crest Nursing Home have received her knitted dishcloths and scrubbies. Pearl was an active member of the All Saints Church and sat as a choir member for many years. She was also active with the ACW and spent many hours baking for tea sales, serving at fundraising dinners, collecting church funds and visiting sick parishioners.
