Obituary of Pauline Alice Illman
Peacefully at Craigwiel Gardens on April 3rd, 2023, Pauline Alice Illman passed away after an amazing 96 years. Pauline was the loving wife of the late John Norman Illman for 64 cherished years. She was the proud mom of Douglas (Brenda) and Heather (Kevin). Loving grandma of Ashley (Michael), Andrew (Deanna), Jessica (Cory), Tony, the late Conan Vincent (2011), Larissa Jaclyn (the late Rick), and Justin (Liane). Loving GG of Amber, Austin, MacKenzie, Ava, Jordyn Jane, Stevie Lynn, Kaiea, Anela, Vincent, Sienna, Mylah, and Dawson Jack. She will be missed by her many nieces and nephews. Pauline was predeceased by her sister, Monta Jean.
Pauline loved her family dearly. She was their best supporter and was so incredibly proud of everyone. She was a talented knitter and made many beautiful creations. Her love of animals is something that she passed down to her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Pauline loved to have a good time, and made special memories through the many adventures of her incredible life.
A private Celebration of Life will take place in the summertime.
In memory of Pauline, donations may be made to Salthaven Wildlife Rehabilitation or to the Canadian Cancer Society.
