ROHRER: Harvey Paul – It is with heavy hearts that we the family announce the passing of Paul Rohrer. He was a much loved partner, father, stepfather, father-in-law, grandpa, brother, uncle and friend. On Sunday July 30, 2023 after a lengthy illness, Paul passed away peacefully at University Hospital in London.
Paul was a loved and loving partner to Shirley Carroll for 30 years. He leaves behind his son Keith (Cathy), stepsons David Carroll (Darlene) and Allan Carroll (Nancy) and his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Paul will also be sadly missed by his sister Vera and extended family.
Paul was predeceased by his parents and by his son Kenneth, by brother Elgin and sisters Bernice and Betty.
Paul had many good friends and people he worked along side. He loved driving his dump truck and took pride in his job.
He loved Nascar and winding people up! Even through out his illness he entertained the nurses with stories and humour.
In keeping with Paul’s wishes a private family burial service will take place in Cultus Cemetery at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations the the Cardiac Surgical Recovery Unit at University Hospital or the Cultus United Church would be appreciated by the family. Personal condolences can be posted at www.gffh.ca
