Oswald Paul Cormier, 81 years and 5 months, of Dieppe, passed
away peacefully on Thursday May 11, 2023 at Hospice SENB Albert House.
Born in Moncton, he was the son of the late Emile and Lorraine
(LeBlanc) Cormier.
Paul worked as sales manager at Eaton’s and
salesman at Lounsbury.
He is survived by his wife for 23 years, Louisette
Vaillancourt; his daughter, Susan Belliveau (Andy) of Moncton; three
sons: Robert (Darren) of Moncton, Greg of Toronto, and Mark
(Amélie) of Dieppe; two grandchildren: Gabrielle and
Jonathan; two brothers: Emile Jr (Chris) of Riverview, and Michel
(Tammy) of Salisbury; one sister-in-law, Margaret (late Edward
“Ed”) of Halifax; as well as his nieces and
nephews.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by one brother,
Edward.
The family would like to thank the Albert House team for
their good care provided to Paul.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and
Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (506-858-1900) where the
funeral service will be celebrated on Friday May 19 at 3:30 pm.
Visiting hours are Friday from 1:30 pm until time of funeral. In
memory of Paul, a contribution to Hospice SENB (Albert House) would be
appreciated.
