Obituary For Patrick Edward Budesheim
February 17, 1945 – January 28, 2023
Pat Budesheim passed away January 28 at the Grande Prairie Regional Hospital after a struggle with kidney disease and renal failure.
He was born February 17, 1945, at Grande Prairie, AB. to parents Fred and Emma Budesheim. He resided on the family farm near Dimsdale his entire life. He first attended Lucky Tree School across the road from home, then Harry Balfour school when it opened in 1956.
He worked on the farm during summer and at Canfor during the winters. Eventually he became employed full time at Canfor for nearly thirty years.
Pat is survived by brothers Don (Diane) Budesheim and Jim Budesheim; nieces Rochelle (Jason) Van Buskirk, Tanya Stewart, Jill Harbin; cousin Rosemary (Bill) Copeland; and Aunt Helen Slater.
Pat is predeceased by his parents Fred and Emma Budesheim.
At the request of Pat, there will be no funeral.
