Patricia Workun
Patricia Workun of Edmonton passed away on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at the age of 87.
Patricia was a fashion buyer with The Hudson’s Bay Company and enjoyed fashion and clothing. Her natural, intuitive knowledge of clothing and assembling beautiful outfits and clothing collections was awe inspiring. It was this gift that made her successful in her long career, which saw her travel the world in search of new trends and designs.
In more recent years, Patricia enjoyed life at Our Parent’s Home and particularly loved dancing along with the facility’s many live music presentations.
Patricia is deeply missed by her devoted brother, Orest.
She was predeceased by her parents, Cassie and Fred.
Friends and family may pay their respects on Saturday, September 16 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Park Memorial Reception Centre, 11015 – 101 Street NW, Edmonton with Funeral Rite beginning at 11 a.m. There will be a brief graveside prayer on Monday, September 18, at 11 a.m. at Edmonton Cemetery, 11820 – 107 Avenue NW, Edmonton
