Obituary of Patricia Woods
It is with great sadness that the family of Pat announces her passing on January 23rd, 2023. Pat passed away peacefully at home at the age of 85.
Pat was a great wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. She is survived by Paul, and her grandchildren Carolyn, Taylor and Evan, and her sister Rosemary. Pat is predeceased by her husband Bob and son John. Pat was born in 1937 in Newfoundland to Magdlan Merrigan and Gerald Keough and raised by Mag and Edward Budden.
Pat worked for many years in the insurance industry, but nothing in her life was more important than being surrounded by her family and friends. Pat had many friends for over 30 years, some for over 60 years, and playing cards and Mahjong brought her so much joy.
A Celebration of Life will be held 2-4 pm on Sunday Jan 29th at Dixon-Garland Funeral Home, 166 Main Street North, Markham.
