McDONALD-REID, Patricia Gail – Passed away peacefully with her family by her side at the St.Catharines General Hospital on Wednesday January 11, 2023 at the age of 80. Devoted wife of Robert Reid. Loving mother of Dean (Elaine) McDonald, Scott McDonald and Kim McDonald. Cherished grandmother of Keegan (Emilie), Carli, Sean (Tiana), Steven (Kristen), and Julia. Dear sister of Terry (Val). Patricia was predeceased by her first husband Ron McDonald and her siblings Leo, Marilyn, Peter, Donna, Paul, and Theresa. Patricia will be fondly remembered as a very proud mother and grandmother who loved nothing more than setting a beautiful table and cooking a delicious meal for her entire family. Friends are invited to join the family at the Patrick J Darte Funeral Chapel, 39 Court Street, St.Catharines (Downtown), visiting Monday January 16th from 11am until 1pm. A Funeral Mass in celebration of her life will take place Monday at 1:30pm at the Cathedral of St.Catherine of Alexandria with the Rite of Committal to follow at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. In honour of Patricia’s memory, donations made to the CNIB Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.
