It is with broken hearts and great sorrow that we announce the passing of Patricia Howe after a courageous battle with cancer for the last 7.5 years. Pat is the loving wife, best friend, and soul mate of the heart broken Ed Howe. Proud and devoted mother to Billy. Loving sister to Kathleen. She is predeceased by her parents John and Ellen Lyons.
Pat was without a doubt the strongest and bravest woman one could meet. She fought the cancer with grace for over 7 years. One was blessed to have had her in their lives. She enjoyed her gardens and was a huge advocate for Habitat for humanity. She had an immense love for animals and people. She loved her fur babies, Willow and Piper. She found joys in the simple things like throwing a stick for the dogs and watching their amusement with it. Pat will be dearly missed by many friends and extended family. Friends and family will be received at the Torrance Funeral Home for visitation from 12 – 1PM. Funeral Service to follow in the chapel at 1PM. Cremation arrangements entrusted to Torrance Funeral Home (89 Bowes St. Parry Sound). If desired, as an expression of sympathy donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
