The family of Patricia (Patty) Costain is saddened to announce her passing on April 6, 2023 at the age of 62. She passed away peacefully at The Moncton Hospital surrounded by family.
The last surviving member of her immediate family, Patty was predeceased by her parents Burton and Thelma Costain; brother Peter Costain (Jayne Hudson); sister Debbie (Patrick) Flanagan. She is survived by her four nieces, two nephews, extended family, and close friends. Patty will be especially missed by her cousins who she loved endlessly.
Patty enjoyed a simple life, spending time with those she cared about. She was born and raised in Moncton but she had family all over the Maritimes and Ontario. Prince Edward Island held a special place in her heart and she would take every opportunity to return to visit family and friends. Patty’s infectious laughter and warm smile will be remembered by those she has left behind.
At this time, there will be no visitation or funeral service. A celebration of life will be held this summer in Moncton. Dates and details to follow.
