PAUL, Nathan – It is with tremendous pain in our hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Nathan on Sunday, August 27, 2023 at the age of 44. Cherished son of Susan Irvine (nee Beard). The best little brother of Jessica and brother-in-law of James Laramee. Loving father of Jordan Cusack (Kaylin House), Haleigh and Robbi Paul. Proud grandpa of Xyrick. Awesome uncle of Richard, Britaney and Ashlynn Laramee. Special great uncle of Mollie. Nathan will be dearly missed by his longtime friend and mom of his kids Shannon Cusack. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, his baby cat Monica Paul and a ton of friends. A heartfelt thankyou to our step sister Terri Samson and her daughter Autumn Samson for being amazing. Predeceased by his grandparents Percy (1982) and Doris (2017) Beard (nee Lampman). Nathan was a man with a heart of gold who absolutely loved his trains.
The family will receive their friends at the H. L. Cudney Funeral Home, 241 West Main Street, Welland on Friday, September 1, 2023 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. A service to celebrate his life will be held in the Cudney Chapel at 1 p.m. Interment to follow at Woodlawn Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Hope Centre, Welland.
