Mrs. Nancy Ann Morrison of Foothills County passed away peacefully at the High River Hospital on May 27, 2023, at the age of 67 years. Nancy is survived by her husband Daniel Morrison; sons Travis (Christine) and Tyler (Tania); grandchildren Kolten (Gabrielle), Tessa, Aleesa, and Benjamin; brother King Cameron; aunts Joan Cornish and Gail McPeak; nephew Levi Cameron (Brianna), and great-niece Averie. Nancy was also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and great-nieces. Nancy was predeceased by her parents Grant and Denzil Cameron.
Nancy was born in High River and was raised on her family’s farm outside of Cayley. Nancy loved the farm where she especially enjoyed helping with the cattle, participating in 4-H, and riding horses. Nancy often shared stories about the fun that she had travelling and camping with her family as a child. After graduating from Olds College, Nancy returned to the High River area where she started a family and continued her involvement in agriculture. Later in life, Nancy enjoyed travelling with her husband Dan, spending time with her kids and grandchildren, and spending time on the golf course with friends.
Nancy’s generous and caring personality, and way of living will be missed by all who knew her.
