Suddenly January 4, 2023 at the Kingston General Hospital, at the age of 59; Monica Francis Smith, partner and best friend of Alison Rogers. Daughter of the late Alberte Manseau and Warren Smith of Richmond, QC. Monica also leaves to mourn her brother Ralph and sister Sylvie of Ottawa, ON. She also leaves to mourn her nephews and nieces: Philippe Smith (Paule Kerbrat) of Quesnel, BC, Patrick Smith (Rachel Moneta) of Orleans, ON. Emilie Pigeon (Paul Aikenhead) and children Flore and Leo-Paul of Barry’s Bay, ON. Alexandre Pigeon (Kayleigh Felice) and children: the late Anya, William and Juliette of Aylmer, QC. Veronique Pigeon (Philippe Genest) and daughter Eloise of Ottawa, ON as well as many family and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held February 4, 2023 at 10:30 at the James Reid Reception Center (please enter from the rear parking lot)..
