The family announces with great sadness the passing of Michel Vincent, On Monday August 28th, 2023 at the age of 68 years, surrounded by his loving family. Son of the late Hervé and the late Elodia (née Arbour). Also predeceased by his father-in-law and mother-in-law Ernest and Jeannette Leblanc. Beloved husband of Claire (née Leblanc). Loving father of Josée (Darryl Roy), Line (Bill Pidgeon), and André (Valérie Bélanger). Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Alyssa, Mathieu, Alex, and Zoé. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Lorraine (Gilles Clément), Anita (late Gérard Lafleur), Ronald (Nicole Gingras), Liette (Joey Larosa), Marielle (Claude Forest), and Yvon (Peggy Willard). Predeceased by his sister Angèle (late Magloire Gingras), Gérald (Gloria Lafleur), Richard (Réjeanne Dalcourt), and Roger (Paulette Coutu). Michel will always be lovingly remembered for his passion and talent for vegetable gardening and woodworking. The family wishes to express their sincere thanks to the nurses and doctors of the West Nipissing General Hospital. The familly will receive friends at St Jean Baptiste Church, Verner, on Saturday, September 16th, 2023 after 10 a.m. Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11 a.m. Funeral arrangements in care of the Theoret-Bourgeois Funeral Home, Sturgeon Falls. Également prédécédé par son beau-père et sa belle-mère Ernest et Jeannette Leblanc. Époux bien-aimé de Claire (née Leblanc). Père bien-aimé de Josée (Darryl Roy), Line (Bill Pidgeon) et André (Valérie Bélanger). Il manquera beaucoup et sera toujours dans la mémoire de ses petits-enfants Alyssa, Mathieu, Alex et Zoé. Cher frère et beau-frère de Lorraine (Gilles Clément), Anita (feu Gérard Lafleur), Ronald (Nicole Gingras), Liette (Joey Larosa), Marielle (Claude Forest) et Yvon (Peggy Willard). Prédécédé par sa sœur Angèle (feu Magloire Gingras) et ses frères Gérald (Gloria Lafleur), Richard (Réjeanne Dalcourt) et Roger (Paulette Coutu). Nous nous souviendrons toujours avec amour de Michel pour sa passion et son talent pour le jardinage et le travail du bois. La famille désire exprimer ses sincères remerciements aux infirmières et médecins de l’Hôpital général du Nipissing Ouest. La famille recevra parents et amis à l’église St Jean Baptiste, Verner, le samedi 16 septembre, 2023 dès 10h00. La messe funéraire sera célébrée à 11h00.
