Mike passed peacefully in hospital surrounded by the love of his family on Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at age of 74. Cherished husband of Hazel (Payne) for 53 years. Beloved father of Shannon and proud grandfather of Shanel and Grace. Dear brother of Christine (Dale Richards) and the late Phillip. Loving son of Alice and the late James Miles. Always remembered by the Payne family, many nieces, nephews, neighbours and friends. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at the Daley Family Funeral Home, 6971 Bank St. from 6-8pm on Friday, February 17 and from 10-11am on Saturday, February 18. Memorial Service to follow in the Chapel at 11am. If desired, donations made to the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation, 1500 Alta Vista Dr, Ottawa, ON K1G 3Y9 would be appreciated.
