During his life, he enjoyed singing in a quartet with three of his brothers, as well as in church choirs and church groups. Maynard had a great sense of humour and he loved making others laugh. He enjoyed walking, fishing, playing crokinole, and watching the birds while sitting in the sun. But most importantly, he loved sharing his faith in Christ with others and desired to see others come to know the LORD.
