At the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, on Saturday April 15th, 2023, Mary Van Den Diepstraten of Chatham passed away in her 78th year. Cherished daughter of the late Gerard and Marie Classens. Beloved wife of Corneilus. Loving mother of Peter (Lori) of Chatham, Gerry (Jonann) of Chatham, and Paul of Wheatley. Proud grandmother of Karrisa and Dillon. Dear sister of Nell (Wayne) Evans, Tina Desbiens, Marty (Cathy) Classens, Ann (Claude) Paradis, Gerard Classens, and Will Classens. She will be remembered by her many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her siblings Joe Classens, and Renie Classens. Mary was a stylist at Cameo Hair Salon for many years. She was also a long time member of the Women of the Moose. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at Moose Lodge, 850 Richmond St., Chatham, on Saturday April 22nd, 2023, starting at 5 pm.
