ORENSTEIN, Mary – On Sunday, February 5, 2023 three days short of her 101st birthday. Mary Orenstein, beloved wife and lifelong companion to the late Charles “Chuck” Orenstein. Cherished mother of Ronald Orenstein and Eve Dexter, and valued mother-in-law of Eileen Yen. Well-loved grandmother to Reesa, Randall, Jennifer, Adrienne, Fiona, Bryan, Davin, and the late Marc. Beloved by her great- grandchildren Leila, Ari, Ryan, Royce and Ryder. Mary lived a long and accomplished life, and her elegance and style were valued inspirations to her friends and family, and her art will give pleasure to us for many years to come. She and her adored Chuckie were inseparable in both work and life – a model of love and marriage for us all. A graveside service will be held on Monday, February 6th at 10:30 a.m. at Beth Tzedec Memorial Park, 5822 Bathurst Street (north of Finch on the west side of Bathurst).
