Marlene Joan Sweet passed away at Haliburton Hosptial surrounded by her family on August 28, 2023 at the age of 78 following a brief illness. Marlene (Watson) Sweet, beloved wife of the late Stan Sweet, loving mother of Linda Sardinha of Kingston, Murray & Malene of Orangeville and Marsha of Highland Grove, loving grandmother of Harley & Fraser and Anthony & Brittany, great grandmother of Macie and Amelia and dear sister of Joyce. Marlene was predeceased by her parents, Elmer Murray Watson & Fay Elizabeth Sucie and by her sister, Susan.
