Passed peacefully, with family present, at the age of 91 at Strathroy Hospital on July 8th, 2023. Dear mother of Dave (Kathy) Bender and Barbara (Ed) Ryan. Proud “Grams” of late Amy (2022) Seabourne, Lacey Cann and Dani Crandon. Great-grandmother of Carys and Jillian. Marg is predeceased by her sisters Elizabeth Nelson and Ethel Mundy. Auntie Marg will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and her brothers-in-law. Marg will also be remembered by her cousin Bruce and her many dear friends in Stratford.
Marg was an avid reader and greater collector of books. She loved to travel and made many trips to England, exploring her family history and visiting her daughter. She made friends easily and was a warm and fun-loving woman. Living in Stratford for many years, she was active in her local church, singing in the choir and of course looking after the church library!
Cremation has taken place and a private burial service will follow. A Celebration of Marg’s life will be held at a later date. Please check back for details.
