WATSON, Charles Lynn peacefully with family by his side at Lion’s Head Hospital on Saturday, July 1, 2023. Lynn Watson of Tobermory in his 86th year. Beloved husband of Karen (nee Hopkins). Cherished father of Rob (Margo) of Toronto, Laurie Robins of Wiarton, Jenny Bridge (Garry Shepherd) of Hope Bay and Trish Watson (Dan West) of Tobermory. Much loved grandfather of Adam (Megan), Tyler (Trish), Cassaundra (Graeme), Jacob (Stephanie) and Dexter (Mackenzie) and great grandfather of Scarlett, Benjamin and Desmond. Dear brother of Dennis and Doug (Bonnie). Remembered by Ken Hopkins (Nancy), Carl Hopkins, Klyde Hopkins, Keith Hopkins (Ann), Kris Hopkins (Susan), Kandice McFarlane, Marlee Hopkins and Betty Hopkins. Predeceased by parents Willow (nee Wyonch) and Ivan Watson, siblings Grant Watson and Audrey Paterek and in-laws Kelly Hopkins, Kim Hopkins, Gayle Hopkins and Hazel Hopkins.
Family and friends are invited to share memories at the Tobermory Royal Canadian Legion on Saturday, July 29, 2023 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. with memories shared at 2:00 p.m. Arrangements entrusted to the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, LION’S HEAD CHAPEL, Lion’s Head.
