Obituary
The Lord called Luigina home peacefully, with her loving family by her side, on January 10th, 2023 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Hamilton, Ontario. Our mother and Nonna has left a permanent mark etched on our hearts and was the beloved wife and soulmate of the late Giuseppe to whom she was married for 65 years. She will also be dearly missed by her children Maria (the late Lino) Silva, Mario (Sandra) Diliberto and Salvatore (Anna) Diliberto. Luigina also leaves behind her 7 adoring grandchildren Anita (Joe) Westman, David (Kristen) Diliberto, Brian Silva, Jeffrey (Melissa) Silva, Francesca, Isabella, and Desire, as well as her 10 great grandchildren James, Julia, Aria, Ava, Ella, Scarlet, Tristan, Liam, Caleb and Logan. Sadly missed by many family and friends. Resting at FRISCOLANTI FUNERAL CHAPEL; 43 Barton St. E., on Friday, January 13 from 4-8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at All Souls Church on Saturday, January 14, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. Entombment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In kindness, donations to the 3 Wishes Project at St. Joseph’s Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
