It is with deep and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Lucio Chiarot on March 2, 2023, in his 75th year in Peterborough, Ontario.
Loving and devoted brother to his fraternal twin Luciana Gorizzan (Adrian), John Chiarot (Lucette) and the late Sam Chiarot (Jacqueline). Fondly remembered by many relatives and friends in his home town of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, where Lucio retired after a long and fulfilling career with Algoma Steel. Also beloved by relatives and friends from across Ontario, Quebec and abroad during his many travels to Thailand and Australia.
Lucio will be remembered for his generous and caring nature, sharp and sarcastic sense of humour, and for his boundless love of travel and adventure.
