Beloved Sister, Mother, Grandma & Aunt
It is iwth great sadness that the family of the late Lily Maude Roberts announce her passing on Tuesday, June 6th, 2023 at CSSSBCN in Lourdes du Blanc Sablon at the age of 93 years. Leaving to mourn with very fond and loving memories; daughter: Diane (Uren), Paulette (Bill) and Alice (Jim); grandchildren: Marilyn, Marty, Rosanne, Sherri-Lee, Paige and Kyle; great grandchildren: Michaela, Keshia, Mark, Trisha, Noah, Kyla and Stacey; siblings: James, Graham, Melvin and Bernard Hiscock; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Predeceased by her parents, Wilhelmina Butt and Joseph Hancock; husband Reginald Roberts, grandsons, Ronnie Etheridge and Alvin Hobbs; sister Harriett A. Paul and brothers, Harold and Henry Hancock.
The family would like to express our sincere appreciation to the staff at the CSSSBCN in Lourde du Blanc Sablon for the admirable care and attention given to our Mom along with the support to our family during her stay in the long term care. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kind words, through messages, cards and calls, and to those who gave precious time to help prepare the grave site, or anyone who helped in anyway, your love and kindness will never be forgotten.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 8th at 2:00 P.M. from St. Peter’s Anglican Church, Forteau, followed by the burial.
