Lewis Pope of Chatham entered eternal rest on Friday, July 21, 2023 at the Chatham Kent Health Alliance. Born in Newfoundland on September 8, 1968 to the late Joseph and Gladys Hynes (nee Pope). Left with loving memories are Lewis’ sisters Martina (Shawn), and Kathy (Wade), and brothers Joesph (Annie), Leo (Wanda), and Wayne (Lia Jessie).
Also left to mourn are his nieces and nephews Dale, Joe, Michael, Melody, Jasmine, Sidney, Damien, and Carson and his great niece Alice. Lewis also left a large number of aunts and uncles. Also left are his second family Rosemary Parr and Janice Vincent and the rest of her family, and his daughter Martina. Lewis will be missed by extended family and friends from Newfoundland and Ontario and the Hynes and Pope Families
