WILSON, Kimberley Jennifer: Kim died peacefully after a long and hard-fought battle with Stage IV Metastatic Colon Cancer. She died at Hospice Peterborough with her loving family by her side on Saturday, July 22, 2023, in her 43rd year. Kimberley is the cherished daughter of Mary Wilson (nee Clark) and the late James Wilson, and the loving sister of Lindsay Wilson. She is also remembered fondly by the Wright, Swift, and Wilson cousins.
No words can describe how much Kim will be missed. Her dedication to family, church, and community touched many lives. With a generous and caring spirit, Kim donated her time to Keene United Church and 4-H Canada. She also baked competitively for many local fairs and made treats for family and friends. Kim’s generosity and kindness will be missed. We are forever grateful for the impact she made on all our lives.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Kimberley’s Celebration of Life at Keene United Church on Saturday, September 23rd, 2023 at 11 AM followed by a reception in the Keene United Church Hall. In honour of Kim’s memory and her love of baking, we invite you to bring your favourite baked good to be shared with those in attendance at the reception.
